The subject of the contract is the purchase and supply of electricity within the meaning of the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1385, as amended), for the needs of facilities located in the Jabłonna commune and for the needs of the facilities of the Municipal Municipal Enterprise Eko Jabłonna Sp. z o.o.

1) Electricity will be supplied to the energy consumption points of the Jabłonna Municipality, including the budget units of the Jabłonna Commune (indicated in Annex 7 to SWZ - Part A, B, C) and the facilities of the Municipal Municipal Enterprise Eko Jabłonna Sp. z o.o. (indicated in Annex 7 to SWZ - Part D).

2) The amount of energy estimated by the contracting authority during the contract period is: 2 555 032 kWh.

3) The subject of the contract does not include the provision of electricity distribution services.

4) The Contractor must have a concluded contract (valid during the performance of this contract) or a promise to conclude a contract (as at the date of entry into force of the contract for the sale of electricity
