SAEML-TAMM is in charge of operating the urban transport network of the metropolitan area of Metz Métropole (the Met '). The purpose of the contract is to entrust the following activities to a customer relations center:
- passenger information: processing of incoming customer calls;
- customer requests: processing of email and telephone requests;
- on-demand transport service = management of the reservation service;
- transport service for people with reduced mobility = management of the reservation service.
The customer relations center must answer telephone calls from Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Saturday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. - Passenger information = 29,140 calls estimated per year - customer complaints = 4,600 to be treated estimated per year - transport service on demand = 26,800 calls estimated per year - transport service for people with reduced mobility = 8,000 calls estimated by year.
