1.The subject of the contract is the supply of medical and technical gases for the Municipal Hospital in Ruda Śląska Sp. z o.o. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex 1, 2 to the SWZ/AGREEMENT and Annex 9 to the SWZ. 2. The subject of the contract has been divided into 6 parts (packages).
Package No. 1Supply of carbon dioxide. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 1 to the SWZ/AGREEMENT.
Package No. 2Supply of medical oxygen in cylinders. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 1 to the SWZ/AGREEMENT.
Package No. 3Supply of medical liquid oxygen. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 1 to the SWZ/AGREEMENT.
Package No. 4Supply of nitric oxide in nitrogen. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex 1, 2 to the SWZ/AGREEMENT.
