The contract aims to cover the project management needs of 2 community web portals of Enedis' VISA division with services such as "design and realization" and "third-party application maintenance":

- A portal supporting the animation of the network of internal developers (and external in contract for them) in the regional directorates and some central functions.

- Community IS: three community sites for the themes of drones, 3D printing and virtual reality, serving as a support for the animation of the inter-directorate networks of experts in these themes within Enedis.

This market will need profiles such as: project manager, technical architect, developer-designer (web front-end, databases, APIs) and DEVOPS.

The technologies used are listed as part of the response to the RFI. Market profiles are based on the CIGREF standard

The activities entrusted may be carried out in the following forms:

• Projects, Studies and Audits: punctual service defined by the production of an operational and/or intellectual deliverable

• Design and implementation: service that can implement several stakeholders on the same perimeter

• third-party application maintenance: service associated with deliverables whose production cannot be fixed
