the main purpose of the PMM to be awarded is, on the one hand, modernization, which involves the provision of studies and works, the operation and maintenance of the ECOCEA waste treatment unit (firm units, optional 1 and 2) and, on the other hand, the design, construction and operation and maintenance of an energy production installation from CSR on the Ecocea site (optional tranche 3). The content of these services is specified in the Program and the modalities for strengthening the Tranches, which comprise several phases, are specified in the CCAP, as well as their deadline.
