The Research Council of Norway's central office and the Council's many programmes and activities have many different publications over the course of 1 year. There are, for example, brochures, fact-sheets, folders, placards, the ‘Nysgjerrigper’ magazine and reports from the research programmes, etc. The procurements in the competition are divided into 2 service categories:

Service category A:

Digital printing and offset: Printed matter such as brochures, fact-sheets, folders, covers, reports from the research programmes, etc. We use several different formats in both black/white and 4 colour print. Further details on the products are in the tender documentation, annex 2.

A contract shall be signed with 1 service provider for service category A. Service providers must be able to offer both digital print and offset.

Service category B:

The service provider shall primarily print the ‘Nysgjerrigper’ magazine. The magazine is currently printed in rotation.

A contract shall be signed with 1 service provider for service category B.

If a tenderer does not have rotation printing, a sub supplier can be used. The name of any sub supplier must be supplied. The same sub supplier shall be used for all rotation assignments.
