The Dessau-Wörlitz Garden Kingdom is one of the most important cultural landscapes in Europe. It occupies a total area of approximately 142 square kilometers and was added to the World Heritage List (UNESCO) in 2000. A key focus of the master plan drawn up in December 2018 is the sustained revaluation of the core area of the Wörlitz plants. The most important task of the World Heritage Center is the presentation of the UNESCO World Heritage Garden Kingdom Dessau-Wörlitz and the World Heritage Region Luther I Bauhaus I Garden Kingdom as well as the optimization of the information offered for visits dar.
