Takeover, transport and marketing/recycling of non-packaging plastics in the district of Landshut

In fulfillment of its legal disposal task, the district of Landshut intends to re-award the nationwide collection and marketing / recycling of non-packaging plastics (NVP plastics) in the district area on 01.03.2023.

The following service profile is required:

- Takeover of mixed plastics from the waste collection points incl. transport and weighing / mass determination (from 2019 to 2021 an average of approx. 480 Mg/a mixed plastics)

- Marketing/recycling of non-packaging plastics (from 2019 to 2021 on average approx. 480 Mg/a mixed plastics)

The specified quantities are subject to change. It is pointed out that the specified quantities are non-binding, no sales guarantee can be derived from this and that quantity changes within the scope of the range defined under the contractual conditions, section 9.1.7 do not lead to any changes in the offer prices.

The tender is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Public Procurement Ordinance (VgV) and the Act against Restraints of Competition (GWB).
