The city of Schwäbisch Hall is planning the general refurbishment of the Hagenbach halls in halls 2 and 3 as of LPH 5. In addition to the regular school operation, the halls will also be used for events. The estimated construction costs for the energy-efficient refurbishment amount to approx. EUR 7.3 million. Scope of this measure is the renovation of the outer shell, the installation of a thermal insulation composite system in the facade area including the upgrading of the flat roofs, the replacement of the existing ventilation system, the conversion of the hall lighting and the installation of a separate heating system in the hall area. For this purpose, the project planning services are tendered in the two-stage negotiated procedure from LPH 5:

- Level 1: Prequalification procedure with selection 3 to 6 applicants,

- Level 2: Negotiation procedure with bidder presentation with the successful candidates from level 1.

Property planning services in accordance with § 34 HOAI (expected service phases 5-8).

The services to be provided will be commissioned step by step as follows:

- Level 1: LPH 5-7,

- Level 2: LPH 8.

If necessary, the level division can still change.

It is pointed out that there is no right to realization / project implementation. In addition, the client reserves the right to demand regional site management.
