1. The subject of the contract is the purchase, delivery and training of persons in the use of the vehicle as part of the task entitled "Purchase of a slurry vehicle for the Skała Municipality - a special vehicle", in accordance with the requirements contained in the specification of the terms and conditions of the contract with attachments.
2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is set out in:

3. The minimum required warranty period is 24 months from the date of signing the final acceptance report.
