- approx. 590 m² foundation of a foundation floor slab

- approx. 170 m² ceilings partly in reinforced concrete

- Underpinning measures (approx. 16 m length, approx. 1.60 m depth) to maintain an existing part of the building as well as dewatering measures for approx. 10 weeks

- approx. 320 m³ earthworks for the entire property including subsoil improvement

- Special civil engineering work (shoring work as a girder, planks, shoring up to a depth of up to 8 m and a total length of approx. 35 m)
