This grouping of orders is coordinated by the city of Caudebec-lès-Elbeuf. It is in charge of the signing and notification of the framework agreement. Each member of the order group is responsible for signing and monitoring the execution of the framework agreement. The economically most advantageous offer will be selected based on the judgment criteria listed in the consultation regulations.
