The activities of oasen's business operations department can be divided into two processes. The process of planned work and the process failures. Although the services and materials to be provided are the same for both processes, there is a clear distinction between the processes in response times and planability. For both processes, the tenderer is responsible for taking temporary traffic measures on an on-call basis in accordance with the legal regulations and requirements, as also included in the CROW publications, and depending on the relevant situation, conditions and requirements of the road authorities and their own expertise and insight to ensure a safe traffic situation.
Oasen wishes to conclude an agreement with one contractor for the execution of planned and unplanned traffic deposits:
- Planned work: For preventive maintenance, the Tenderer must have sufficient equipment and manpower available to be able to provide traffic measures on demand when carrying out planned maintenance work.
- Unplanned work (malfunctions): this is understood to mean the corrective maintenance of the pipeline network by Oasen technicians. These disruptions can occur 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. In the event of these disruptions, traffic measures are often necessary.
