The services are broken down into two categories:

- the current cleaning services for municipal buildings, broken down into two lots, intended to ensure the maintenance in perfect condition of the buildings and paid for by a global and fixed annual price.

- occasional cleaning services paid by application of unit prices.

—— lot nº 2: without minimum and with a maximum of 10 000 EUR HT per year.
