As part of the ongoing need to upgrade existing health facilities, Horsens Hospital Unit (HEH) has decided to redevelop one of Horsens' main buildings - Højhuset.
The redevelopment requires a complete upgrade of the building to comply with the latest environmental and safety regulations, including the upgrading of most service areas from level 2 to roof level, layout changes, removal of contaminated material and upgrading of architectural elements. The redevelopment is based on a renovation and upgrading of the physical environment for patients and staff, including an improvement of the technical installations, clinical functions, energy improvements of climate screens and installations. The renovation, which is divided into 3 stages, includes level 2 through roof level.
Due to the lack of bed capacity, the total remodeling will be carried out in various stages. This tender includes the engineering, completion and construction site contract (E02).
Remodeling of the HEH high-rise building is carried out in 3 stages. The project basically includes the following works:
- Establishment of new roof engineering house. The engineering house must be used for ventilation units and installations for operating P4, P5., P6. and P7, where this is not located on the respective floors. Ventilation systems for level P7 are existing installations that are located on the roof before the renovation. Replacement of this plant is not included in the project, but new fresh air intake and return must be carried out, as well as changes in ducts for the sake of new plants,
- Extensive remediation and renovation of the bed rooms P2, P4, P5 and P6. Here, remodeling works are carried out to establish up-to-date interior design and functions,
- Bed room floor P7. Various alterations are being carried out for the establishment of a bariatric bed room with associated bathroom, as well as new medicine rooms, medicine depots and rinsing rooms, establishment of installation shafts through from P8 to P6 etc. In addition, fiber network installation is carried out,
- Construction site. A joint construction site will be established including scrubby, fencing, installation of installations / supply for electricity, water and heat and winter / weather measures.
The work is to be carried out in three stages, with the hospital between the stages commissioning the newly renovated floors and clearing the floors to be renovated in the next stage.
In this tender, the Contracting Authority wishes to obtain offers for the engineering, completion and construction site contract in connection with the redevelopment and renovation of the HEH-High House in Stage 1 and for Stage 2 (Option 1) and Stage 3 (Option 2). Option 1 and 2 are contract options.
The gross floor area for the 3 stages is approximately:
- Stage 1: approx. 3 000 m2,
- Stage 2: approx. 4 000m2,
- Stage 3: approx. 1 800m2.
In addition, prices must be quoted for 3 tender options (Option 3-6) regarding the acceptance of the Contractor's contracts with the contractor's suppliers on building automation, catering equipment, door pumps and ABDL and ADK.
The contract is generally offered at the main project level, however, some of the services in the contract are offered with the obligation of the contractor to carry out the design / final design as a functional offering, where the contractor's task includes both the design and execution of the final solution. In addition, the contract includes coordination and installation etc. of client deliveries.
In view of the complex technical nature and sparse space conditions of the project, it is crucial for the successful execution of the contract that an agreement be made with a contractor who carries out the central technical part of the contracted contract consisting of the execution of plumbing installations, cf. , PCS. 8. It is thus emphasized that there is therefore a requirement that the applicant himself can lift the performance of all the plumbing installations covered by the contract without having to rely on the technical / professional capacity of other entities or using subcontractors. In this connection, it should be noted that the execution of all plumbing installations is the central task, cf. 8th
