1. The subject of the contract is: delivery of heating oil II for heating purposes to the headquarters of the Ordering Party 32. BLT Łask located at Gucin 58a, 98-113 Buczek.
2. The planned place, delivery dates and quantities of ordered heating oil are included in the "Description of the order – heating oil supply plan" constituting Annex 5 to the SWZ. The Ordering Party reserves the right to make transfers in the implementation of individual delivery batches in subsequent months.
3. The minimum volume of a single delivery shall be 15,000 liters of fuel oil.
4. The supplied oil must meet the quality requirements set out in the PN-C-96024:2020-12 standard (or equivalent), and have the parameters described in the SWZ and annexes.

3. The minimum quantity of a single delivery shall be 15 000 litres of fuel oil.
4. The supplied oil must meet the quality requirements set out in PN-C-96024:2020-12 (or equivalent), and have the following parameters:
4.1. Calorific value: min. 42 600 kJ/kg;
4.2. Flash point: min. 56°C;
4.3. density at 15°C: max. 860 kg/m3;
4.4. Sulphur content % (m/m): max. 0,2%;
4.5. freezing point: not more than minus 20°C;
5. The estimated quantity of goods that the Ordering Party plans to order under the concluded contract is 330 m3 (the scope of the "basic order"). The quantity and delivery dates are indicative, and the actual amount of fuel oil ordered is limited by the gross amount (the amount that the Ordering Party intends to spend on financing the contract) and will result from the current needs of the Ordering Party and its ability to store the subject of the contract.
6. Pursuant to Article 441 of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of exercising the right of option in the procedure in question up to 99% of the value of the basic contract (i.e. the amount that the Contracting Authority intends to allocate to finance the contract).
