The subject of the contract is a comprehensive supply of electricity along with the provision of distribution services to the State Water Holding Polish Waters, Regional Water Management Authority in Gliwice.

The order consists of the following parts:

Part I: Comprehensive supply of electricity along with the provision of distribution services to RZGW collection points in Gliwice OSD Tauron Dystrybucja S.A. areas of Jelenia Góra, Legnica, Opole, Wałbrzych and Wrocław;

Part II: Comprehensive supply of electricity along with the provision of distribution services to RZGW collection points in Gliwice OSD Tauron Dystrybucja S.A. Bielsko, Będziński, Częstochowa, Kraków and Tarnów areas;

Part III: Comprehensive supply of electricity along with the provision of distribution services to RZGW consumption points in Gliwice DSO Tauron Dystrybucja S.A. Gliwice area;

Comprehensive supply of electricity together with the provision of distribution services will be carried out under the conditions set out in the Energy Law Act of 10 April 1997 (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 716, as amended), implementing regulations to this Act,

in particular, in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 4 May 2007 on the detailed conditions for the operation of the power system (Journal of Laws 2007.93.623, as amended), the currently applicable tariff for electricity distribution services of the relevant Distribution System Operator (DSO) approved by the President of the Energy Regulatory Office, the Distribution Network Operation and Operation Manual, generally applicable legal regulations and unit prices of active energy determined after the outcome of the proceedings in question.

Comprehensive supply of electricity will take place to electricity consumption points (hereinafter referred to as PPE) listed in Annex 2a-2c to the SWZ (respectively for each part of the contract).
