The competition is for a contract for the purchase of electric power.

The estimated scope of the contract is approx. 7,0 GWh per annum. The consumption is expected to decline in the future years as a result of investments in renewable energy sources. The value is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority.

Lots/groups

Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed. The contracting authority considered dividing the assignment but has decided that it is not suitable for this type of procurement.

Agreement

The assignment will be governed by the attached agreement with the accompanying standard agreement terms.

The agreement is valid from and including 2023-04-01 to and including 2025-03-31, with an option for the contracting authority for a further extension for up to 1 year at a time after this period.

The contracting authority will sign a contract with 1 tenderer.

The contracting authority expects that the tenderer studies the contractual terms and makes the required internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded.
