1) The subject of the order is the successive supply of poultrymeat and cold meats

from poultry meat to the warehouses of the Food Service in Nowa Dęba, Kielce

and Sandomierz (order divided into 6 parts).

2) A detailed description of the assortment constituting the subject of these proceedings is included in the appendix to this Specification of the Terms of Contract – Description of the subject of the contract and the detailed valuation form.

3) Detailed quantities of the assortment constituting the subject of this order are included in the annex to this SWZ – Detailed valuation form

Successive delivery of poultry meat to the warehouses of the Food Service in Nowa Dęba, in accordance with the draft contract and the detailed valuation form.

Successive delivery of poultry meat sausages to the warehouses of the Food Service in Nowa Dęba, in accordance with the draft contract and the detailed valuation form.

Successive delivery of poultry meat to the warehouses of the Food Service in Kielce, in accordance with the draft contract and the detailed valuation form.
