The framework agreement covers cleaning and treatment with agents against lichens and algae, etc. of roofs and facades within the Client's property portfolio after regular call-offs.

Roof cleaning includes concrete, brick, sheet metal, canvas, cardboard and slab roofing. The façade cleaning covers all façade types. The supplier provides consumables, machines, tools, instruments and other equipment required for the assignment.

The scope in detail is stated in the tender documentation in its entirety, as well as in the call-off request for each call-off.

The ceiling volume of the framework agreement amounts to: SEK 10 million.

If the ceiling volume is reached during the term of the agreement, the framework agreement ceases to apply without separate notice
