The objective of the Framework Agreement is to provide services for the prevention of third-party occupational risks, to the Departments of the Administration of the Generalitat de Catalunya, as well as to the autonomous bodies and the other public-law entities linked or dependent on the Administration of the Generalitat, institutions and public companies of the Generalitat, public universities and other administrations and public entities located in the territory of Catalonia attached to the central procurement system that so request. However, the entities that make up the local Administration will be excluded from the scope of this Framework Agreement.
