Contract awarded as part of the contract: "Maintenance of greenery (maintenance, mowing, felling of trees and shrubs and planting of trees and shrubs)" – the value of which is equal to or exceeds the EU thresholds, which is the subject of a separate / present procedure, under which no further division into lots was made (no possibility to submit partial tenders).

Contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the PPL:

The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding a contract in accordance with its subject matter within 3 years from the award of the basic contract, consisting in the repetition of similar services.

Scope of services: Felling trees on the investment carried out by the Ordering Party in the area of the 33rd Transport Aviation Base in Powidz, on the area up to: 6.20 ha.

Conditions under which these services will be awarded: Contracts consisting in the repetition of similar services will be awarded where there is a justified need to extend the basic contract and financial resources are provided for this purpose. The remuneration for similar contracts will be determined on the same basis as for the remuneration relating to the basic contract. The conditions under which these contracts will be awarded will not be wider than those specified in the basic contract, while the scope of space in a similar contract will not exceed 6.2 ha.
