The purpose of this contract is the traction energy and low-voltage power works on line T1 of the urban transport network of the Greater Nancy Metropolis (MGN). There is no provision for batching. The contracting authority has decided not to launch the tender in separate lots because the services covered by the contract cannot be awarded. The procurement procedure used is open tendering. It is subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the French Public Procurement Code. No variants are allowed.
