The service includes the operation and service of stations, continuous traffic measurement (SCPR) located on the national road network of the GDDKiA Branch in Kielce, on which the Service Contractor must install its own metering meters, in the period from 1.01.2024 to 31.12.2026 along with the performance of verification measurements

- Ongoing provision to the Ordering Party of high quality data on vehicle traffic from all 6 continuous traffic measurement stations (SCPR) located on the national road network of the GDDKiA Branch in Kielce.

- Ensuring the proper functioning of measuring stations and meters installed in them, as well as their ongoing servicing and monitoring to achieve the highest possible continuity and quality of data.

- Verification of data from meters installed at SCPR stations by performing verification measurements – twice a year, 24-hour measurements, except for 2025 where the checking measurement will be made as GPR 2025 by another contractor.

- Monitoring the continuity and correctness of operation of station measuring devices in the measurement year, during the "GPR 2025" campaign, - conducting 5 control measurements (3 hours) confirming the correct operation of SCPR (December 2024, February, April, June and November 2025).
