The subject of the contract is the provision of postal services in domestic and foreign trade in the field of receipt, movement and delivery of postal and courier parcels, non-addressed printed forms, parcels and the return to the Purchaser of parcels after they have been exhausted in the meaning of the Postal Law of 23.11.2012 ( i.e. Journal of Laws of 2018, item 2188, as amended) and pursuant to the Act of 15.11.1984 Transport Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2017, item 1983, as amended). The subject of the contract is the provision of postal services in domestic and foreign trade in the field of receipt, movement and delivery of postal items, and the return to the Ordering Party of items after exhausting the possibility of their delivery within the meaning of the Postal Law of November 23, 2012 (i.e. 2018, item 2188, as amended).
The Contractor will provide postal services to the Ordering Party in the scope of collecting parcels and issuing unregistered and advised parcels and returns.
The Employer will deliver daily postal parcels with sending documents to the Contractor's outlets. Shipments subject to the order will be dispatched on the day they are delivered to the point indicated by the Contractor. Shipments will be sent every business day.
The scope of the contract includes:
- unregistered shipments,
- registered consignments,
- return receipt,
- non-addressed printed forms.

The subject of the contract is the provision of courier services and the return to the Purchaser of shipments after they have been exhausted within the meaning of the Postal Law of November 23, 2012 (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2018, item 2188, as amended) and on pursuant to the Act of November 15, 1984 Transport Law (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2017, item 1983, as amended).
The scope of the contract includes:
- domestic courier items,
- courier items in foreign trade.
