The subject of the contract is the acceptance and management, within a period of 10 months from the date of signing the contract (from 1 March 2023 to 31 December 2023), biodegradable waste, bulky waste, metal and plastic waste as part of installations for the treatment of selectively collected municipal waste.

The subject of the contract is the acceptance and management of biodegradable waste as part of installations for the treatment of separately collected green waste and other bio-waste and the production of a product with fertilizing properties or plant cultivation aids that meet the requirements set out in separate regulations, or material after a composting process. Waste with the code 20 02 01 from property owners from the Solec Kujawski Commune will be delivered for management throughout the term of the contract with the selected contractor in an estimated amount within 10 months of approx. 1620 Mg. The contracting authority requires that all collected waste be directed to the R3 process.

The subject of the contract under Part II is the acceptance and management, i.e. the recovery or disposal of bulky waste, during the entire term of the contract with the selected contractor in an estimated amount within 10 months of 370 Mg.

The subject of the contract under Part III is the acceptance and management, i.e. the recovery or disposal of metal and plastic waste, during the entire term of the contract with the selected contractor in an estimated amount within 10 months of 425Mg.
