The present project is an extension of the building at Zürichstrasse 10/12 in Adliswil, which was built in the 1970s. The building currently consists of 2 plots and 2 basements (basement 1 and 2) and consists of 2 side areas, which have 5 upper floors (Zürichstrasse 12) and 2 upper floors (Zurichstrasse 10). The middle section as a connection between the two multi-storey areas consists exclusively of the ground floor.

The middle section and the three-storey area on parcel Zürichstrasse 10 will now be demolished to the ceiling above basement 1 and supplemented with a four-storey (middle section) or six-storey tower area.

Together with the existing six-story area on parcel Zürichstrasse 12, the expansion will create around 125 new jobs.
