This consultation concerns only the relaunch of Lot 6 "Interior Joinery"

The project concerns block 2.4a which is part of a group of three lots (2.3, 2.4a and 2.4b) of the "ZAC"

Méridia" in Nice in the perimeter of intervention of the EPA NICE ECOVALLEE-PLAINE DU VAR.

The operation concerns the construction of a building of:

- 156 student housing units

- 1 caretaker's accommodation

- 2 Commercial premises

- 41 parking spaces in the basement.

The project is in compliance with the charges and conditions resulting from the ZAC, and the said Specifications of

Transfer of Land of the ZAC Méridia and its annexes referred to below:

- General Service Limits Book (CLPG)

- Building Site Specifications (CPCB)

- Specifications of Smart Grid services

- Technical requirements relating to the connection of a building programme to heating and heating networks
