1. The contracting authorities described in Chapter I of the SWZ shall jointly conduct a public procurement procedure (Article 38 of the Public Procurement Law). The contracting authority authorized to conduct the procedure and select the most advantageous offer for each of the 19 parts of the contract is the Municipality of the City of Brodnica. Contracts will be awarded (signed by contracts for the supply of electricity) by the contracting authorities described in Chapter XVIII.
2. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity in the period from 01.01.2023. until 31.12.2023
up to 1 037 points of consumption (PPE) with a total estimated volume (+/-10%) 11 167.91MWh, of which:
1) Part 1 of the contract - Supply of electricity Municipality of Brodnica - 1 342,50 MWh - a detailed list of PPE is attached as Annex 1 to the SWZ
2) Part 2 of the contract - Supply of electricity Municipality of Bartniczka - 481.88 MWh - a detailed list of PPE is attached as Annex 2 to the SWZ
3) Part 3 of the order - Delivery.... (...) .... Due to the lack of space - the rest of the information in Chapter III of the SWZ.

At the beginning of 2023, it plans to connect photovoltaic installations with a capacity of 51.50 kWp, 52.50 kWp, 51.50 kWp, 51.50 kWp, as a result of which it will obtain the status of The Producer. The company does not envisage resale because the generated energy will be fully used for its own needs.
6. The Ordering Party has the status of the Manufacturer - Item No. 86 objects (PPE number 590243891022355365) in Annex 10 to the SWZ - the Ordering Party has the installation of photovoltaic panels. The energy produced is used for the current needs of the swimming pool, therefore, the ordering party does not provide for a contract for the resale of energy.
7. The measuring system shall be adapted to the procedure of changing the seller.
8. Existing electricity supply contracts will expire with effect from the day preceding the planned date of commencement of deliveries (column "Delivery period").

b) Item No. 26 objects (number 590243892020874278) in Annex No. 11 to the SWZ, the ordering party from March 2022 has an installation of photovoltaic panels with a capacity of 20.25 kWp. The contracting authority provides for the conclusion with the contractor whose offer will be selected of a contract for the resale and balancing of energy generated in a RES micro-installation and not used (about 1 MWh per year), which will be valid for the entire delivery period.
