The subject of this framework agreement is the delivery of IT hardware, including associated software, services and system service on the basis of a purchase contract.

The contractor provides standard devices as well as the complete business portfolio of a manufacturer, on whose articles discounts are granted.

For this purpose, the contractor provides 3 standard devices, which should cover a large part of the display device requirements. It is also possible to order the products of the manufacturer's entire business portfolio (excluding accessories).

The following products can be purchased over the entire term of the contract:

- Standard products and successor products according to the attached service description;

- Other products from the rest of the business portfolio of the manufacturer offered, with the exception of accessories, monitors and printers, provided that this is not included in the options included in the device call-up.
