Consultation initiated by a group of orders. Each lot will be awarded separately. The services are regulated by fixed prices. Candidates may submit tenders for a maximum number of 2 lots with the exception of lot 4. Indeed, any candidate wishing to apply for the latter will only be able to present one offer. The contracting authority has decided to limit the number of tenders that can be submitted due to the particular calendar constraints around the Scolaee project: all studies are to be carried out over a particularly limited period (between May and September 2023)
