It concerns a land sale for the purpose of plan development, realization and exploitation of the building plot, which will be announced via TenderNed. It is expressly stated that the present selection procedure does not include a public contract subject to tendering and therefore the Public Procurement Act, the ARW 2012 and the amended ARW from 2016 do not apply.
