Telematic open procedure for the assignment of the final and executive design and implementation (so-called integrated contract) Mobility interchange hub at the former Sit area - lung'Adige Monte Grappa - Trento (in compliance with CAM and DNSH principles) - Opera 6583.

The assignment takes place through an open procedure pursuant to art. 30 bis of L.P. n. 26/1993 and subsequent amendments, taking into account the provisions of art. 48 of Legislative Decree no. 77/2021 (converted with amendments by Law no. 108/2021), with application of the criterion of the most economically advantageous offer identified on the basis of the best quality / price ratio, pursuant to Articles. 16, paragraph 1, and 17 of Legislative Decree no. 2/2016 and subsequent amendments with evaluation of anomalous offers pursuant to art. 58.29 of L.P. n. 26/1993 and s.m.

Total amount based on the tender of € 18,589,926.89 divided as follows:

a) total amount of works € 17,835,329.61 of which € 325,000.00 for security charges;

b1) total amount of final design euro 418,398.74

b2) total amount of executive design euro 336,198.54
