The purchase and implementation of layer 3 switches is a preparation for the replacement of key elements of the ICT infrastructure, in particular the matrix storing the resources of departments – the exchange in this case is dictated by security and data integrity considerations.

The Contracting Authority orders and the Contractor undertakes to perform a service consisting of the following activities:

1) delivery, configuration and commissioning of two layer 3 switches in the Ordering Party's infrastructure along with 3 years of technical support from the manufacturer in accordance with the demand provided by the Ordering Party, described in the Description of the Subject of the Contract, constituting Annex 2 to the contract,

2) the switches delivered, configured and launched in the Ordering Party's infrastructure are to ultimately replace the currently used devices, therefore a full reflection of the configuration is required

3) maintenance of equipment and all elements provided by the Contractor for the duration of this contract.
