Description:

The Fusion21 Lifts Framework offers a flexible and efficient procurement solution for Property owners in the public and private sectors that saves money and generates social value. Fusion21 wishes to enter into Framework Agreements to provide a single point, 1-stop procurement solution across the UK, to carry out service, maintenance and refurbishment of passenger and domestic lifts.

Passenger / Goods Lifts Servicing and Testing — Client Managed

Clients will manage their own lifts under this Lot directly or with their own lift consultant. Options for both Planned Preventative Maintenance with call-outs and fully comprehensive servicing.

Passenger / Goods Lifts Servicing and Testing — Collectively Managed

Under this Lot lifts from different clients will be managed collectively by Fusion 21's nominated consultant on a fully comprehensive basis) National Delivery only. No geographical breakdown.

The installation, refurbishment or upgrading of passenger / goods lifts.

Domestic Lifts — Installation and Servicing

Including but not limited to Stair Lifts, Step Lifts, Platform Lifts and Hoists.
