Contracting authority wishes to conclude a supply agreement with one tenderer per lot for:

- dismantling existing lighting,

- delivery of LED lighting,

- installation work,

- warranty services.

This contract consists of two lots:

- lot A concerns the following schools:

—— KC the Palette,

—— KC 't Wikveld 1,

—— KC Kaleidoscope,

—— KC de Terp,

—— KC de Leap,

- lot B concerns the following schools:

—— KC de Hoven,

—— KC The Discovery,

—— KC Troubadour,

—— KC Wijboom,

—— KC Matrix.

The work to be carried out is the same for both lots.

Detailed information is provided per plot, per location and per floor about:

- work to be performed,

- installations and requirements in this regard,

- low-voltage installations,

- specifications, description and coding of luminaires, including photo material,

- order overview,

- drawings.

Sub-documents have been drawn up per location and per floor. You read the following annexes: XI and XII.

The purpose of the contracting authority is to select and contract one (1) tenderer per lot for the supply of LED lighting and related services. It concerns a project delivery.

This contract is divided into two lots. Tendering for part of the contract is not permitted and will lead to exclusion from further participation in the tendering procedure. The present contract in this tender represents a value of:

- Lot 1: EUR 296,000 (VAT included)

The purpose of the contracting authority is to select and contract one (1) tenderer per lot for the supply of LED lighting and related services. It concerns a project delivery.

This contract is divided into two lots. Tendering for part of the contract is not permitted and will lead to exclusion from further participation in the tendering procedure. The present contract in this tender represents a value of:

- lot 2: EUR 300,000 (incl. VAT).
