The object of this contract, regardless of the specialty of each resource, is the integral management of three Day Centers, a Program for the Execution of Measures in the Open Environment and an Educational and Socio-Family Support Program attached to the Agency of the Community of Madrid for the Reeducation and Reintegration of Juvenile Offenders for the care of minors / young people to whom juvenile judges have agreed non-privative judicial measures of freedom, called open environment and those who have to perform extrajudicial tasks and activities of reparation, as well as other activities related to the reintegration of minors, provided for in Organic Law 5/2000, of January 12, Regulating the Criminal Responsibility of Minors, and its modifications and subsequent developments.

The object of the contract consists of a Day Centre for the execution of judicial measures of open environment and the realization of socio-educational activities and support to minors and young offenders, and will be located in a premises provided by the contracting entity in one of the municipalities of the southeast of the Community of Madrid.
