This lot concerns the supply of insufflation devices, accessories and related consumables (oxygen and Meopa administration masks, antibacterial filters, various cannulas, etc.) used for the delivery of medicinal gases for the needs of the Charente-Maritime departmental fire and rescue service (SDIS 17). The following are due under the lot:- masks;- nasal cannulas;- antibacterial filters;- any supply and service of the same type of purchase or of the same nomenclature of purchase. The services will be the subject of a split framework agreement with purchase orders with only a maximum in application of Articles R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the French Public Procurement Code. The order ceiling or maximum amount is set in the special clauses (CCP). The services will be performed by issuing successive purchase orders according to the needs of the public entity. The maximum amount of orders for each period of validity of the framework agreement is fifteen thousand euros excluding VAT (15,000.00 euros excluding VAT)
