This consultation concerns the provision of office printing solutions services (multifunction printers and copiers as well as Large Format printers) for the city of Toulon and for the Métropole de Toulon Provence Méditerranée

This lot concerns the provision of office printing solutions services and is based on:- the rental supply of new and refurbished equipment, technical administration software and associated services,- the maintenance in operational condition of the entire printing solution provided,- the supply of a print workflow management solution to cover current (City of Toulon and Métropole Tpm) and future needs (integration of schools),- the supply of consumables in the form of cost-per-page billing on all office printers and multifunction copiers throughout the duration of the contract

This lot concerns the provision of office printing solution services based on:- the rental of large format 36-inch, 44-inch and 54-inch multifunction printers with scanning systems and associated services for the implementation,- the supply and delivery of inks, print heads and any other consumables useful for the proper functioning of the equipment,- maintenance in operational condition of all Large Format printers throughout the duration of the market (20 quarters)
