The subject of the contract is the supply (sale) of electricity for the needs of the Detention Center in Poznań in the planned amount of 925.755 MWh in the period from the date of signing (but not earlier than from the effective notification of the sales agreement for implementation by the DSO) to 31 December 2023 to 5 collection points referred to in Annex 8 to the SWZ. The place of execution of the Order is the Detention Center in Poznań at 1 Młyńska Street, the External Department in Poznań at 37 Nowosolska Street, the External Department in Rosnów at 1 Jarzębinowa Street, the Warehouses in Baranów at 14 Budowlanych Street, the External Department in Koziegłowy at 7 Piaskowa Street.
