1. The subject of the contract is a comprehensive supply of gaseous fuel together with the distribution service of high-methane gas fuel of group E, to gas consumption points specified in Annex 2 to the SWZ.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract (hereinafter OPZ), division into tasks and conditions of its implementation has been specified by the Contracting Authority in Annex 2 to this SWZ and in the Essential provisions of the contract (hereinafter referred to as IPU), constituting Annex 8 to the SWZ.
3. The IPU shall be common for each of the tasks, while the OP shall be separate for each task.
