This tender contest concerns Nord-From and Ringebu municipalities. The co-operating municipalities are separate legal entities and will enter into separate contracts.

Ringebu municipality is responsible for the implementation of this call for tenders and hereby invites tenderers to an open tender contest with negotiations for the procurement of telephony services.

The contract will be an ongoing service contract with a duration of 3 years, with an automatic extension for 1 year at a time until the contract is terminated.

The contract will cover the following areas:

- Access to landline internet and mobile internet.

- Basic services for speech and data traffic.

- M2M. 

- Switchboard

- Support systems, system integrations and interactive systems for the basic services.

- Administrative and commercial systems.

- Telephony competence.

The establishment will cover services such as implementation, configuration, training, porting subscriptions, testing and documentation.

The services must be flexible and future-orientated, and open for an expansion of functionality and capacity.
