The subject of the contract is the provision of municipal waste collection services and their transport to the nearest Municipal Waste Treatment Plant indicated in the "Waste Management Plan for the Pomeranian Voivodeship 2022", created and collected on all properties where residents live, on all properties where there are summer houses or other properties used for recreation and leisure purposes, on real estate uninhabited areas where municipal waste is generated covered by the municipal waste collection system in a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of preparation for reuse and recycling, municipal waste, and reduction of the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill, referred to in the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities.

Delivery of bags for selective collection of municipal waste such as: paper, metals and plastics, glass and bio-waste; collection once a year (from inhabited properties) of bulky waste, electrical and electronic waste (complete and incomplete). The action in question should include the collection of the following waste fractions: bulky waste, waste electrical and electronic equipment, car, bicycle and moped tires. The collection does not include post-renovation, construction and sanitary waste.

The number of individual properties and the number of people living in the property as indicated in the declarations submitted by the owners will be provided to the Contractor in the form of a list within 7 days of signing the contract. The contractor should adapt to the increase or decrease in the number of properties inhabited by residents from which municipal waste should be collected.
The list of uninhabited properties covered by the municipal waste collection system will be provided to the Contractor in the form of a list within 7 days of signing the contract.
The collection and transport service applies to the collection of the following waste fractions:
1. unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste,
2. Metals and plastics, (metals, metal packaging, plastics, plastic packaging, multi-material packaging)
3. glass (glass packaging),
4. paper and cardboard,
5. furniture and other bulky waste (i.e. chairs, sofas, tables, wardrobes, beds, rugs, mattresses, prams, etc.),
6. used car, bicycle, moped tires (4 pieces per household),
7. waste electrical and electronic equipment (complete and incomplete),
8. bio-waste (i.e. biodegradable waste from gardens, food and household waste, Christmas trees),
9. Hazardous waste (i.e. fluorescent lamps, batteries and accumulators indicating waste from farms and accumulators)
