Delivery (sale and distribution) of thermal energy for the facilities of the Central Computing Center, ZUS headquarters in Warsaw at ul. Szamocka 3, 5 and the Printing Office in Warsaw, ul. Podskarbińska 25A together with maintenance and survey work.

The subject of the order is:

1. Delivery (sale and distribution) of thermal energy for the facilities of the Central Computing Center, ZUS headquarters in Warsaw at ul. Szamocka 3, 5 and the Printing Office in Warsaw, ul. Podskarbińska 25A together with maintenance and survey work:

1.1. Central Computing Center of the Social Security Office in Warsaw at ul. Szamocka 3, 5 in the amount of ordered power 3.2440 MW during the term of the contract; the place of thermal energy supply is a substation located in the building of the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS) headquarters on the premises of the facility, which is connected via a connection to the district heating network.

The estimated amount of heat delivered during the contract will not exceed 14 400 GJ.

1.2. Office of the Printing Office in Warsaw, ul. Podskarbińska 25 A in the amount of ordered power 0.6586 MW; the place of heat supply is the substation located in the building of the Printing Office, which is connected through the connection to the district heating network.

The estimated amount of heat delivered during the contract will not exceed 3,600 GJ.

2. The Employer requires employment by the Contractor or subcontractor, based on a contract of employment of persons performing the following activities in the scope of the contract *:

- directly performing maintenance and survey work in the scope of the contract.

* The requirement of employment under a contract of employment does not apply to Contractors who are entrepreneurs (ie natural persons, legal persons or organizational units that are not legal persons, which are granted legal capacity by a separate law performing business activity on their own behalf), when natural persons conducting business activity or partners of legal persons or organizational units that are not legal persons, will independently (personally) provide work in the scope of activities specified in point 2. above.
