Servicing, preventive and corrective maintenance of the EBA’s building installations, equipment and facilities ensuring compliance with all relevant industry, manufacturer requirements and safety standards, thus, providing a conducive working environment for the EBA to perform its core function. In addition, small works and fit-out services can be ordered under the framework contract to add equipment and rearrange the distribution of EBA's premises.

The purpose of this call for tenders is to appoint an experienced service provider for the servicing and maintenance of the EBA’s building installations, equipment and facilities ensuring compliance with all relevant industry, manufacturer requirements and safety standards, thus, providing a conducive working environment for the EBA to perform its core function. Besides, the contracting authority can request fit-out services and other professional services like those of architects and quantity surveyors, amongst other.
