The subject of the contract is the provision of a service consisting in the collection and management of municipal waste from the area of the Głuchołazy Commune coming from inhabited real estate and uninhabited real estate owned by the Głuchołazy Commune together with equipping these properties with containers / containers and / or bags for collecting municipal waste. Organization and operation of the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (called PSZOK) and management of collected municipal waste. Equipping the Customer Service Point (POK) with the necessary bags and colorful leaflets with the schedule of municipal waste collection.

In OPZ, the Ordering Party indicated the estimated amount of waste the amount of municipal waste that may arise during one year of the contract.

The estimated amount of municipal waste that can be generated and collected from the area of the Głuchołazy Commune was calculated on the basis of the amount of municipal waste collected in the current period, taking into account the forecasted increase. This estimate is indicative only. The contractor will not be entitled to any claim in the case of a smaller amount of municipal waste collected than assumed in the estimate. The Ordering Party does not declare the execution of the order up to the full amount of the specified amount of waste. The final amount of waste does not depend on the forecasts of the Ordering Party.
