Round-the-clock physical protection of persons and property as well as real estate, counteracting threats by the licensed Contractor, as well as operation of electronic security systems for Buildings by the licensed Contractor based on the provisions of the Act of 22.08.1997 on the protection of persons and property (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1995), implemented in accordance with the KSSENON Business Accelerator protection plan in Żory developed by the Contractor together with the Contracting Authority.

I. The subject of the contract is the service of round-the-clock physical protection of persons and property and real estate, counteracting threats by the licensed Contractor, as well as the operation of electronic security systems for Buildings by the licensed Contractor based on the provisions of the Act of 22.08.1997 on the protection of persons and property (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1995), implemented in accordance with the KSSENON business accelerator protection plan in Żory developed by the Contractor together with the Contracting Authority.

II. The place of execution of the order is the Business Accelerator KSSENON - Żory (44-240), 2 Rozwojowa Street together with the external area. The object consists of 4 buildings (A, B, C, D) and an external area (Object).

III. As part of round-the-clock physical protection of persons and property and counteracting threats, the Contractor will be obliged to:

1. Development and submission for approval to the Ordering Party of the KSSENON business accelerator protection plan - up to 14 days from the date of commencement of the service. The "Protection Plan" shall include, in particular: a plan of celebrations of the Facility; assessment of the current security status of the Facility; data on technical safeguards; principles of organization and implementation of the protection of the Facility; the applicable annexes to the security plan where required for security reasons, i.e. the location of posts, the procedures and regulations in force; schedule of periodic training for security personnel in the field of Fire Safety Instructions of the Facility; rules of communication and reporting with the Ordering Party.

2. maintaining round-the-clock permanent posts on the premises of the Facility;

3. periodically patrolling sensitive areas,

4. surveillance of signals transmitted in particular by electronic access control system, CCTV, fire protection system;

5. ensure the arrival of the intervention group within 10 minutes, from 6:00 to 20:00, and within 5 minutes, from 20:00 to 6:00, counting from the call by security staff.

IV. Round-the-clock physical protection of persons and property will consist in particular in:

1. immediate response to any (including telephone) reports of danger to persons, property or the Facility;

2. ensuring the safety of employees, visitors, visitors and visitors;

3. protection against assault, burglary, penetration of the Facility by unwanted persons, theft, vandalism attacks, terrorism;

4. immediately notifying an authorized employee of the Ordering Party, the Police, the Fire Brigade and other services in the event of any threats and cooperation with the above in order to ensure proper protection;

5. operating devices located in the Facility.
