The subject of the contract is "Collection and transport of municipal waste from the commune of Ryki in 2020/2021.

1. Collection and transport of municipal waste to RIPOK, from residential real estate, located within the administrative boundaries of the city of Ryki (Sector I) ', including, inter alia:

- collection and transport to the Regional Municipal Waste Processing Installation in Puławy, hereinafter referred to as RIPOK or other installation indicated by the Employer, municipal waste including segregated with the exception of ash from household furnaces from inhabited real estate, located within the administrative boundaries of the city of Ryki (Sector I) in accordance with the provisions Waste Management Plan for the Lublin Voivodship 2017, adopted by Resolution No. XXIV / 396/2012 of the Parliament of the Lublin Voivodship of 30.7.2012, Resolution No. XXIV / 350/2016 by the Parliament of the Lublin Voivodship of February 2, 2016 on the implementation of the "Economy Plan Waste for Lubelskie Voivodship 2022 "(Journal of Laws Lubelskie Voivodship 2016, item 5306), and current resolutions of the City Council in Ryki regarding" Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the commune of Ryki "," The detailed manner and scope of providing services in receiving municipal waste from landlords and waste management "and" the division of the commune into sectors for municipal waste collection ",

- transfer of ash from home furnaces to the waste storage installation at ul. Janiszewska 70 in Ryki.

Equipping real estate in single-family housing with bags for the selective collection of municipal waste such as: paper and cardboard, plastics and metals, biodegradable waste, glass (white and colored), ash,

- other elements included in Annex 1a to the ToR and the contract template constituting Annex 2 to the ToR.
