Insurance services are sought for the London Boroughs of Sutton, Kingston, and Merton, covering both property and commercial insurance across four lots, with a requirement for bidders to pay the London Living Wage.
Property Insurance and Commercial Property Insurance. Property Insurance and Commercial Property Insurance for the London Borough of Sutton, Royal Borough of Kingston and London Borough of Merton. There are four lots and bidders can apply for all lots. Lot 1 Property Insurance for London Borough of Sutton, Royal Borough of Kingston and London Borough of Merton. Lot 2 Commercial Property Insurance for the London Borough of Sutton Lot 3 Commercial Property Insurance for the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames Lot 4 Commercial Property Insurance for the London Borough of Merton It is a requirement of this procurement that bidders must pay the London Living Wage to be considered for an award of a contract for any of the lots, including a combination of lots or all lots. Property Insurance for London Borough of Sutton, Royal Borough of Kingston and London Borough of Merton. This lot is for Property Insurance for London Borough of Sutton, Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames and London Borough of Merton. It covers Material Damage, Business Interruption, Specified All Risks, Works In Progress (All Risks), Computer. The contract is for a period of three years (1 April 2025 to 31 March 2028) with an option to extend for a further two years. It is a requirement of this procurement that bidders must pay the London Living Wage to be considered for this Lot, Lot 1. Commercial Property Insurance for the London Borough of Sutton Commercial Property Insurance for the London Borough of Sutton including Material Damage and Business Interruption. The contract is for a period of three years (1 April 2025 to 31 March 2028) with an option to extend for a further (2) two years. It is a requirement of this procurement that bidders must pay the London Living Wage to be considered for this Lot, Lot 2. Commercial Property Insurance for the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames Commercial Property Insurance for the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames, including Material Damage and Business Interruption. The contract is for a period of three years (1 April 2025 to 31 March 2028) with an option to extend for a further two years. It is a requirement of this procurement that bidders must pay the London Living Wage to be considered for this Lot, Lot 3. Commercial Property Insurance for the London Borough of Merton Commercial Property Insurance for the London Borough of Merton, including Material Damage and Business Interruption. The contract is for a period of three years (1 April 2025 to 31 March 2028) with an option to extend for a further two years.
