The London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham in collaboration with the West London Alliance (WLA) have established an 8 year (5 + 1 + 1 + 1) dynamic procurement vehicle (DPV) to procure the provision of semi-independent accommodation and support services for young people aged 16-25. The London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham in collaboration with the West London Alliance (WLA) have established an 8 year (5 + 1 + 1 + 1) dynamic procurement vehicle (DPV) to procure the provision of semi-independent accommodation and support services for young people aged 16-25. The estimated value of the services to be purchased for the entire duration of the DPV is purely an indicative figure and cannot be guaranteed. The DPV shall be open to all local authorities in England and Wales by way of an access agreement. Additional information: The duration given in II.2.7 is the duration of the contract extension period. This follows the initial period of 60 months, and will be the first extension period of 12 months
